Foundation Type
Screw Piles
Screw piles are driven directly into the ground using mechanical equipment – no excavation or concrete pouring required. Fast installation, minimal disturbance to surface vegetation, and fully recyclable. Ideal for sandy soil, grassland, soft ground, and ecologically sensitive areas.
- Benefits:Fast installation (minutes per pile), no concrete curing time, reusable.
- Best for: Sandy soil, grassland, farms, temporary or environmentally restricted projects.
Concrete Independent Foundations
Concrete independent foundations are cast in situ or precast, relying on their own weight for wind uplift resistance. Reliable and stable, with moderate bearing capacity requirements – the most common foundation type for large-scale ground power plants. Compatible with adjustable mounts for slight terrain variations.
- Benefits: High load capacity, excellent stability, strong adaptability, long service life.
- Best for: Flat land, ordinary soil with good bearing capacity, large-scale power plant projects.
Pre-stressed Pipe Piles (Driven Piles)
Pre-stressed pipe piles are driven into the ground by hammering or jacking, penetrating weak soil layers to reach bearing strata. Load capacity comes from both skin friction and end bearing. Minimal settlement and high lateral resistance – ideal for coastal soft ground, reclaimed land, and muddy soils.
- Benefits: High load capacity, minimal settlement, strong lateral resistance, unaffected by groundwater level.
- Best for:Coastal soft ground, reclaimed areas, river alluvial plains, sites with poor geological conditions.
Fast & Simple Installation
Fewer components and a flexible design enable quick setup using standard tools.
