Production process
Six steps from steel coil to finished solar bracket. Full quality control at every stage.
Step 1: Uncoiling
Steel coils are loaded and fed into the production line.
Step 2: Edge Trimming & Welding
Edges are trimmed for accuracy; coil ends are welded for continuous processing.
Step 3：Straightening
Profiles are straightened to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Step 4：Cold Roll Forming
Steel strip passes through progressive rollers to form C/Z/U profiles.
Step 5: Cutting
Profiles are cut to custom lengths per order specifications.
Step 6: Punching
Mounting holes are precisely punched to match solar bracket connectors.
